Hmm... a very fishy crime. It reminds me of my good tempered yellow wrasse that suddenly turned bersek and viciously attacked its best friend, the yellowtang. Efforts to diagnose the situation and applied the corrective measures were all in vain. The yellow wrasse had to go. On hind sight, its the pressure of living in the confined space and seeing each other that triggered the hatred. It doesnt helped that i tried to feed Yellowtang more food .Biased love. Maybe a crime of jealously and passion. We will never know. Need to think like a fish,swim like a fish and eat like a fish to perphaps comprehend more about the situation. Without it, your Zoas will melt away. Surely Dr Ang's advice is on Zoas and not sex. You want them to open bigger for you, shift their positions higher. Well, everyone who has been to my house can attest that the Zoas at the top of the Zoas Hill are opened bigger. This is due to the proximity to the lighting. Its a fact and its great to share this . They are aggressive for food, charging and digging and looking to change their home shells. But .. I keep a small one , so its harmless to the rockwork and harmless to turbo snails. It always go back to the same place to rest everynite, whch is fascinating. 2 others have overgrown, became nuisance, so i retired them in the sump,where they can do no damage and stay there for ever and ever. cheers
