  5. Hi guys, I bought this thermal epoxy previously when I was DIYing my LED lights. I have 2 sets to sell away since they are spare. This is used to glue your LED to the heatsink without the need for screws. I have stored the epoxy in the fridge so they should be still stable. Details of the epoxy HERE. Selling at $20 for each set. I bought them previously from RS at around $30. Please PM me to deal.
  6. Anyway, the kit comes with calibration liquid for pH at 6.86. I can't understand why calibrate at 6.86 when the pH of seawater should be 8.0-8.3 range. Ended up I spilled the calibration liquid while calibrating the pH probe. I was using laboratory pH buffer solution to do the calibration afterwards. I have 2 bottles of pH calibration solutions 7.0 and 9.0. So you can do 2 point calibration instead of 1 point. Giving away since I don't need them anymore. PM me if you want them.
  7. I'm using a 2nd hand Artica chiller for my 3' tank. 1/4 hp I think.
  8. You bought it from Fishstreet? I got this too, but after less than 1 year the LCD blanked out. I got a replacement but after around 6 mths the LCD blanked out again. I'm not sure if I'm suay or what. They told me its due to high humidity that spoils the LCD. Anyway, give up on this product and just using my test kits to measure ph now.
  9. I bought my from RS Components. Its quite expensive. Bond Ply
  10. Check with Henry of Marine Life at West Coast. He provides such services.
  11. My personal experience with Ikea furniture is that they are not really strong. So I wouldn't trust putting a tank on it.
  12. I would go with the sump tank. Especially so since yours is a 2ft tank. The extra water volume will give more room for error.
  13. I started with FR, but now switched to algae scrubber only. Sold off the FR
  14. You can go to Aquamarin's website and check the price online.
  15. They pack it in plastic bags. But you can bring your own jerry cans.
  16. If you are interested in clown trigger, I'm selling mine. PM me if you are interested to view.
  17. I believe the proper term for this is manifold. But the last output will probably experience lower flow if the other outputs in front are also open.
  18. Upz. Looking for good home for this guy.
  19. Upz. Picture is in my avatar. Looking for a new home for this guy as he is becoming too domineering in my tank. Good for FOWLR tanks.
  20. To prevent anemone from getting suck into wavemaker especially when I'm on holidays, I make a shield using the PET bottle and put it around the wavemaker. Some creative cutting will give you a small catch to hook onto the wavermaker's electrical wire so that the shield doesn't get blown away.
