    Can't help thinking how screwed up job applicants are these days. This guy signed the offer letter with us. 2 weeks later he says his company counter offered him and now he is rejecting the job offer. Wasted our time to interview and give him the job... Can we sue the SOB?

      Why waste money on lawyers??

      tell him u will match with additional 15%. If he bites the bait, fire him during probation. (thats the evil me talking)
