Hi, perhaps it's a better idea to cycle your tank with your intended liverocks? If you add liverock at a later stage, your tank might not be able to cope with the dieoff. juz my 2 cents...

Hailea - HC150A(1/10hp) is definitely not enough as i was using that initially to power my 3ft tank with the same specs. Chiller took too long to cool the tank and thus needed for an upgrade.
