From internet, they said seahorse can change colours to suit the surroundings, moods and even their mates. But no details on why they choose this colour? If they can change colour everyday, its better, LOL. What did these Vietnamese do with the males? Maybe they discriminate against female and feel proud of the males. Guys, I am wrong here, thought all the articles I have read are correct. I have been to a LFF at 2 weeks ago. They have bout 6-7 peppermints. The boss want me to buy so he put in one big aips bout thumb size into a tank with 3 peppermints. Altough the aips is double size bigger, all the 3 peppermints wallop it damn fast. So I was happy to see the show and paiseh when the boss purposely give me a free show, I then bought 2 peppermints. Havent seen them since I place them into the tank. I hope they will be peace with my 2 purple coral banded and 1 golden coral banded shrimps. BTW I only see my coral banded shrimps once in a blue moon. Why these shrimps like to hide? They dont even come out to feed like both of my moon gobies

so sorry, no pic la. why need to see the rock? no coraline algae as this is from sump. My sump has no algae or light so basically no worm because nothing to eat there. LOL. Can assure you that wont like lots of reefers rock that has pistol shrimp and mantis shrimp or even some scary things. Had increase sump sand to 8" high so LR ended up too much. I had dumped them into my seahorse tank now but seems too crowded with LR. So no choice but to give up the LR.

They are business ppl. How can they have spent so much time on LR. They cant provide you quality LR. The LR in the end-users here are always better than them.

get those fine filter wool. It will need to replace very soon as these particles will choke up very fast. When I started the tank, I have to replace every week because new LR outer layers are still soft. Now every month need to replace once. When there is a flow, your LR will sure to give up some of its particles. More flow, more particles.

mushrooms are very cheap items and it is used to be sold $3/rock full of mushrooms on 4 yrs ago. Now $5/rock. Some culprits in internet sells high price to stupid reefers so some LFS seen this and sell very high too. Same as zoos. People can tell you which heaven they come from, just dont believe that. Some factors are from ppl who always says "cheap" and try telling others what is the market rate for this fish/corals. These ppl made the price up too. LFS are not stupid, they are out to make money however, whatever and whenever. So they can see everywhere and anywhere of all forums too. I think your LFS quoted you so high, maybe either see you are a rich guy or he see in some forum, kids sell so high price. Its like shopping in JB. I remember about 17 yrs ago, JB was still innocent and cheap place to shop. But some stupid ppl went there and said "cheap, too cheap!" so jacked up everything. If you are a boss and customers keep saying too cheap, will you still not jack-up the price? Now JB robbers prefer to rob ppl from here because they thought we are damn rich! Blame it on the locals here who are stupid and arrogant. What I can tell you almost all of the corals and fishes come from Phillipines and Indonesia. Both these countries are the biggest exporter in the world dominating more than 70% of corals/fishes export in the globe. The rest of 30% exporting countries still can survive because of the transportation cost are lower. Transport cost is the major cost of most corals/fishes.
