  1. I think OK if not remembered wrongly a reefer had pointed out. But to be sure, pls consult HDB. BTW there is no permit. Either allowable or illegal.
  2. pls be the guest. LOL. Maybe Fishes will be more stronger.
  3. what do you mean? You feed a nemo to the lionfish?
  4. maybe you can advise him where to buy. I noticed some LFS stock but never remember which LFS`
  5. direct to coral better. your wish. some coral must be feed with this food and some corals only slight benefit. So many corals in the world, how to advise? Pls check across the net.
  6. just snap a photo and print in to big poster size loh. they need MH and good water current. same again with other LPS. bla bla bla
  7. well, need nice medium current and good water condition. nothing particular and about the same as other LPS.
  8. It is melting. This is your water condition problem.
  9. ??? Syntax error ??? Computer unrecognize your input
  10. Snowflake Moray Eel (Echidna nebulosus)?
  11. your shut off valve is not open fully. Or you had changed to a bigger pump?
  12. try henry's gourmet. lots of ppl said good but I never try yet so no idea. I think its not in pellet form.
  13. I dont think so. Look thru the pipe.
  14. well, it said mostly for bacterias house. Its didnt emphasized enough details why new hobbyist failed. It also said lots of unconfirmed debates whether its OK. When first introduced, they said OK for both marine and freshwater then later changed to freshwater only due to overmount of complaints and condemns. As I know Zeolites main property is to absorb at freshwater and release everything at saltwater. After releasing everything, then it is OK to use in saltwater. I think this is what they are trying to tell us. So new tanks will crash and old tank tanks must use other means to filter out these released toxics. If this is the case, its better to let the zeolites cycle in other saltwater container for many weeks first. You mean here your CA reactor uses saltwater with Zeolite? Pls advise.
  15. Fish food dont kill white spot. Only better grade food will keep the fish healthier.
  16. I think you have read it wrongly. This quote is not on Henry shop, but all LFS as I dont patron only one LFS. Its good too as he treats you well. As I had comment, it depends on individual and for me, I will not risk. Its like the case of itch. Some ppl just put the new tangs into the main tank without quarantine and OK. For my history, it wiped all my fishes out. I will not risk danger anymore.
  17. it seems more to me cyna but cyna so far only known one mouth. I think need to confirm when it grew up.
  18. If have corals, I prefer not to have them. If fishes, depends on you. Pls refer to recent threads.
  19. If I am LFS, I sure say OK. Why I want to screw up my sales?
  20. the coral close snap is still blur, can get a sharper view? Maybe this LR is situated at the best place and suitable for these corals DNA to grow.
  21. LFS here dont only import Dolabella auricularia but they will import all sorts. I think you shuld cheong more LFS then you will realized that they will get as much types as possible. For what I know, releasing something that is useless is useless. No point releasing if that cant get the predator away. Perhaps it is less toxic for this species but it is still toxic. I would not risk at my point if there is something that is released.
  22. Just got a call from friend. He wants to clear it at cheap price if take all. He had shifted the LR to another tank.
  23. LPS is confirmed not to survive at this high temperature. No need to try, before you want to get something, survey first la. I do agree with Alvin's statement too. I have experience with softies with this temp and they do thrive but the colors are lousy. Noticed after installed a chiller, the colours will change. Why not getting a chiller? A second hand chiller is cheap here from reefers.
  24. Octopus and squid's dye are poisonous. Read up here and they said its toxic: http://www.etropicals.com/product/prod_Dis...=45&pCatId=2246 http://www.journalarchive.jst.go.jp/englis...1&startpage=927 http://www.auseco.com.au/?action=page.view&page=142 Terry, your sea hare havent released anything doesnt means they are not toxic.
  25. yeah, I agree too. Seems these are not snails. BTW anyone want to buy my baby snails? LOL.
