RESUN CHILLER CL280 VS CL450 FOR 2FT TANK?

The termostat has 2-wire. Open the front cover which holds the filter mesh too. You will see there is 2 connectors and the compressor unit. One is bigger and white in colour with several thicker cables. Another is a smaller black connector which is connected to a 2 core cable. This 2 core cable is quite thin, red and white. This cable is hanging and you can see both ends are from top sides. Unplug this small connector and you can see one side is havings 2 pins and the other side has holes which are female pins. Plug in your termostat cables to the female pins and cover up back. Make sure the cover is not pressed against the new termostat. There is a hole at the bottom at the cover, use that for the termostat to go out into your sump. Thats all. For further info: The female pins are connected to the controller and the male pins are connected to the termostat internally. My termostat are soldered so its plug and play. Moreover my termostat is German-made and had been used for 4 yrs, still good accuracy. Furthermore this termostat is used for food industry on pH4 to pH10 so its safe. -
You had already answered yourself so what are we suppose to do?

just tear the side with holes. If you come to my place, I will show you.

All of the LFS in outstation are usually in big cities. Singapore is a small country so very compact and a city in a whole country. I have once in Holland and passed by a house. It has a very nice tank in the small living room. Very nice tank but however no one home at that late evening.

well, after looking here for days, things had gone out of hand and seems will be worse. storm asked for judgement so I post here. Tang73, I am not bunch of friends of this guys you hate. I am just post straight from my heart and seeing whats best for everyone. Tang73, if you said Spider King messed up your sales thread, you should screw him up there. It depends on skills and I know its not easy. Sometimes you will lose out to Spider King who is having helps from his real life friends. If he was spoiling other ppl sales thread, he decreases % to win. But now you come and screw up his sales in his sales thread and with a sales that had been performed. Do you think you will gain anything? You had prooved that you had lost ground here. I really dont like ppl sided with bunch of friends here to ruin others. I prefer to treat everyone equal and stick to what is right. Believe me, I dont recon friends helping friends in their sales thread "cheap","good",..... Thats bad and shows how unmatured these guys are. SRC has a rule, if you dont buy, keep out. Simple rule also cant follow so I am doubting his real life attitude too. Tang73, after you bought something and later found out its expensive, what can you do? Go back and argue? No point. Just dont repeat the same mistake again. Maybe just best not to let anyone know so you can sell again same price. So this makes you lose out. So many reasons that supports you to lose ground here, do you want to continue to lose until somewhere else? If not, stop posting here and find your ground elsewhere. From my view here, let both of them settle for themselves. We all are non related and no business in their crashes. We are not them so its very unmatured to side anyone while we dont know what was the real reason they flamed. This thread is full of bad things, it should be closed now unless another unmatured troublemaker comes here to stir up the rubbish again.

Before using tap water must ensure tap water has no chlorine or else not only crash the tank, it will kill all the good bacterias and every living thing in the tank. No need to buy anti-chlorine, just let the tap water stagnant in a bucket for 24 hrs and all chlorine will be evaporized

yeah but usually 1ft only stocks so little fishes. Everyone not satisfied and buy few more so this nightmares will happens. Basically this is the reason why all the professionals advise "no". At first ppl will be hardworking changing water and top up. After certain time, got lazy and the nightmare begins. Using fan to cool down is workable and I have done that. The cons is like what Naka said water evaporates fast like mad. You will be sicked to top up all the time and the amount of dust in the tank and fan. Believe me, 1ft wont work as I had started this hobby 6-7 yrs ago using 2ftX1ftX1ft tank with fan. At that time housed only 2 small clowns, 2 small damsels and 1 small shrimp which turned me having nightmares all the times. Then fedup and changed to a 2ftX1.5ftX1.5ft tank and things become stable but still need to change water often as nitrates easily shoot above 120ppm within less than 2weeks with no overfeeding.

that means a time bomb. After we have all those corals and one day suddenly blow up. But if the tank flow rate is good and maintained properly for few years, they will be gone after tank is stable.
