When one day, it thinks it can find another better spot, it will move again. Clownfish prefers anemone to be their home so will sure follow. Anemone has the most strongest stink among all corals so can protect them from enemies. You can introduce Ketchup a mate so wont be lonely. At first, both clowns will quarrel to be the dominant but later will be mates. Dont worry, just let nature takes its course. Do you have a chiller? Anemone will strive with chiller. Maintain feeding everyday. Cautious with Ketchup as some clownfish will steal or throw away the food from anemone. However some will take food to feed anemone.

Zeolite is new? Better clean that diatom often or else it will infest to the whole tank. Diatoms needs months to get rid. I have a friend who had diatoms in his tank with new LR from LFS. As he only has few Fishes in 3ft tank, still OK. He cycled with fish for 9 months then all the diatoms start to go off. Maybe 9 months because he has so many fishes and the tank is located in the workshop, has lots of dust.

yeah, marine12 said squeaky sound. The sound is from the fan bearing/bush will make squeaky sound. It depends on him to rectify where the sound comes from. Dripping oil in the fan bearing/bush will temporary last. If want permanent, change the fan. I will go with Storm's serviceman. This size of fan cost coming to $80-100 so I rather put oil. Well, after few yrs, when compressor said retirement, whole chiller is changed.

every float switch has different contact point and magnet built internally. some disconnect faster, some drag away for few mm before cut off. They varies too on amperage. Some 1 amp, some 2 amps,..... So depends how much your pump drawing current, which float switch is better reliability. Higher ampere rating float switch is better but as ampere rating is higher, the price will be higher and bulky too. Dont need to select so high ampere float switch as waste money. For me, I prefer to diy myself. I will add a timer to prolong it so the water will go max to my required value. I will use a small little pump so flow is slow, can be control easily. I just dont like the pump on/off frequently within that float switch contact margin.
