IMO, having the Eheim filter intake is like a trap waiting to suck in any passing anemone. I would cover the intake with a filter sponge or wrap some filter pad like this: Eg. filter pad

Yes, Octozin is a medication, available from Petmart and C328. It comes in tablet form and is stated suitable for Marine fish, and harmless to invertebrates. I'm sure most reefers will advise against any medication in the main tank, so see if you can use a Quarantine Tank. Forgot the price already, but surely cost more than a common clown
