looking for: 1. snails. not too big. ard 1 inch or bit more. 2. Dwarf hermits. 3. any algae eating crabs. 4. peppermint shrimps 5. small pieces(half palm sized) of zoos/mushies or frags 6. your kent lugols soln 7. any addictives for soft corals (like your lugols ) 8. a hot babe to shower me with TLC im so greedy. jon.

anyone sell or any shop selling the above?

hi anyone knows of a fish thats compatible with my hawkfish in a 2 feet setup? my last purchase, a similar sized lawnmower blenny got whacked n died. should i go for a big mean DAMSEL? its not like im gonna add more fishes to that 2 feet of mine. so should i add one in n let them fight it out? or should i forget about fishes n add in large shrimps? any chance of them being whacked too? thinking of adding a reef lobster, and a pair of blood-red shrimps. or a bad-tempered boxer. also thinking of throwing in some algae crew like dwarf hermits. (where? i need! ) suggestions pls. jon.

is it safe to add 250ml of phosguard into my tank? (2 feet standard/no sump) kinda sick of diatoms/cyano probably too much light. currently using 55W PL + 2X15W FL artinic. also running a filter with carbon and some phosguard. and a weipro 2011. added in a lawnmower to control nuisance algae. but got beaten up by my 2-3 inch hawkfish and died. jon.

thanks for the reply. perhaps i shall keep it in a pail n see how big it can grow. yeah, i didnt use my hands. i vaguely rem something about it being able to sting. so i used a dropper to hook it out. jon.

ive caught a fireworm just now, in my office tank. the thing stretches to half a feet. just wondering, is the worm predatory or purely a scavanger? jon.

how big are the rock?

hi all anybody know which pump is suitable for running a weipro 2011 (smallest)? how much should my pump output be? jon.

im not dl-ing SP2 until they iron out all the bugs. more trouble than its worth.

1 feet cube tank: - 2x9W PL light - hang-on filter with phosgurad n carbon and surface skimmer - 10-15 kg grade '0' sand - weekly water changes with coralife salt - daily/every 2 days feeding of Sera's coral food about 5-10 Kg LR LS: - cleaner shrimp x1 (one died over the weekend. sad. suspect molting difficulties) - sharon/monkey shrimp x1 - assorted zoos

nah. only have a hawk fish.

as above. self collection at amk. size is about 7-8 inches long. eating mysis shrimp. clearing to reduce bioload. pm me if interested. if can trade for a small (really. i want small. like palm or half palm size.)rock of mushies or zoos even better. jon.

thing is, they're moving into areas away from the light. dunno y. that how i came to think that the lighting is too strong.

hmmm.... no pic now. no cam also. will try to describe my tank. standard 5 plan 2 feet tank: - 2x55W PL light (W/W + W/B) - 1x15W FL artinic - weipro skimmer 2011 - hang-on filter with Kent marine carbon + phosguard yumas put near the front of the tank. about 4-5 inches away from the front glass pane. on the sand bed. any help??

my blue-legged very clumsy. kept on knocking over corals, clams, etc. look for the dwarf hermits. not as strong so wont knock over much.

as above. my yumas moved from a small piece of LR to a more shaded corner at the back of my tank. or squeezed into crevices n cracks. is 120 watts of PL light too much for them? 55w W/W and 55w W/B and 15w artinic. the W/W color temp is 6500k, i think. a bit yellowish. lights on about 10hrs a day. thinking of getting more mushies, but if they all decide to "move house" becoz its too sunny i might as well save some money n go for zoos instead. jon.

yellow polyps? long wavy tentacles? i think its better to feed them mysis, and DT. brine shrimp also. mine didnt do too well with DT alone. they react very fast so its easy to feed them. (think sun coral)

wats the size of the rock? how many mushrooms on each rock?

highly unlikely. im quite sure everyone would have noticed the smell.

i like buying from sealife at balestier. 3 big tubs to choose from. about 6-8 per kg. if u willing to spend some time there u can get pretty nice LRs.
