  3. Easiest would be Birdnest, Digitatas etc. I can give u a few frags to try as a form of encouragement if u dun mind.

  5. Magic figure is 1.024-1.026. Some ppl go to as low as 1.022. More important is the consistency.

  8. I used uncured live rocks and arag-alive sand (which I think is critical), water change every other day; coral plus fish after 2 weeks. Very risky move [emoji16]
  9. Does IOS include systems with the sump at the back of the tank? I having this for my 27" (30g) SPS reef.
  10. If you are using new live rocks, ammonia tends to be very high due to the die offs of sponges, algae and other organism. You can perform weekly water change and once the nitrogen cycle is stablished the ammonia and nitrite should be zero.

  16. For curiosity, where did u get those buggers ? Wild colony ? Did u do any dip before putting into tank?
  17. I mixed Seachem Calcium (Kalkwasser also can) very concentrated. Use a small syringe to inject directly onto the Aiptasia. I did this to get rid of those grown in between Zoas polyps; Zoas unharmed while the Aiptasia never come back.
  18. How about adding one more WP-40? Top half high flow for SPS and bottom for LPS.

  20. Use GFO like Rowaphos etc. This is the safest way to control PO4 which causes algae problem. Sent by SIRI using Tapatalk
