Oh no! bro, u are soaking the whole plant. The stem need a breather at least 1/4 of the length expose or it turn black and soggy in due time. Why done u use a foam like what am doing and float them. I bet there still space for them under the light. Or raise a little bit ur light. The root that count for efficient absorbance of nutrient, why not expose it. But u soon need a proper place when they start to produce leave. Chow for now! Cheers
