yup... that's what my brother says also.. even though he's a scholar even scholars also got different classes, if you are the upper class scholar = u get promoted faster, etc etc etc... Although it is POSSIBLE to prove yourself such that you can rise up as fast as the higher "ranking" scholars, still it's tough... Not like in the private sector whereby performance is the key to climbing up the corporate ladder... well idealistically speaking... So who else has interesting/boring jobs??

brand ah... I tried a few before... I think I tried Gasby, Loreal, and Revlon??? cannot remember but I remember all of them didn't work well for me... I wanted a simple brown colour... Sometimes I did it myself but that really burns the scalp, sometimes my gf did it for me but every time the colour didn't really go on very well... Don't know is it my technique got problem, but I leave it on for like 1hr instead of 30mins also the colour is very faint...

I've done DIY before and it has never been able to get me the colour I want.... I tried using more than necessary and leaving it on longer than prescribed but still nothing... in the end bit the bullet and went to a salon to do it up instead...

no leh some people love doing research... read read read read read, write papers, read some more, read again, write again etc etc etc... Depends on what you want really... some forms of research can take more than a person's lifetime to complete so you really got to have passion for what you are researching I guess... eg. those researchers who go out into the artic to study penguins or polar bears etc.. leaving home for months if not years... really respect...

u confirm it's the PSU? Is it the stock PSU that came with the casing? If it is I suggest you try to change it with something "branded"... I've had instances whereby PSUs died on me... one instance it died and took a HD along with it... And yes most newer graphics cards need to be powered seperately...
