i have 1 seio 620 and 1 sawn off maxijet 1200 for my 2.5ft... and already I think it's enough, esp when the maxi goes off... the sawn off maxi is to create a variable jet everytime it turns on... I run both on timers...

but the problem is acrylic (unless like >8mm) will bow under pressure? I know if I can get acrylic then it's easy to machine, but glass I can't possibly shave off like a few mm at a time right?

Hi guys, I accidentally bought the wrong temperature MH bulb. I'm was running 1 x 250W 20k BLV SE with 2 x 2ft 10k T5s. But then I went out and bought a 10k BLV bulb by accident (sudden lapse of memory) and now my tank is horribly yellow. Is it possible to balance off the yellow by swapping my 2 T5s with blue tubes instead? Or is 2 x T5s still not going to make the cut? My tank is a 2.5ftx1.5ftx2ft Thanks! Ervine

Hi guys, Got a spare tank that's just right for my new sump but it doesn't come with any paritions inside. How difficult/possible is it to DIY my own partitions? I've done it before but with spare acrylic lying around, was hoping to use glass instead but I'm afraid if I screw up the measurements the glass won't fit. Any advice on where I can get glass cut to size for me as well as how best to go about siliconing the insides? Thanks! Ervine

I just dropped by today coz I was in the area (well technically yesterday coz it's 4am now) and thankfully I missed the lunch crowd. Anyway I had the fish with mango salsa and a ice blended mocha.. not bad I must say... also managed to meet up with James and have a nice chat with him. Too bad his tank just crashed over the weekend, all the best getting it back to shape! Other than that it was a pleasant meal and I look forward to going there again if the opportunity so permits.

Hi guys, I had a lot of problems with my shins hurting back when I was in NS. It's not the shin bone but rather just behind it, back then it hurt so bad I had problems climbing the stairs... So after NS (it's been about 4 yrs now) I stopped running that much and the problem subsided but I still it had this dull pain. But yesterday for no reason the pain started to come back and now just a gentle pressure on the area hurts... even running for the bus today hurt... Been wanting to see a specialists but the last time I saw one during NS the idiot just gave me an xray and told me there's nothing wrong with me. Any suggestions on who/where I should go for this?
