As for the pipings, i went through a lot of SH** to get everything.. learnt a lot and now become a guru Almost everything is up now beside the lights. Plan to diy 8x t5s. Going to use Aquaz's product due to their affordable price..but even so, now super broke to buy the tubes and reflectors. Already started to stock my tank. Transfered all the livestock from my 2 footer to the new tank.

Also in the sump area, Resun FR, Aquamedic nitrate reducer 400. Got my teco RA680. No place to put in cabinet so drilled two holes for the pipings to go out.

The lining that is found on the pipings is called scaling. Form by calcium deposits. It is also found in normal industrial piping. It is espescially serious in Marine setup due to the high Calcium hardness in our water~400ppm. It will cause corrosion known as pitting to the copper pipings. Which also mean that the piping will burst eventually. It will also affect the heat exchanging capability of the chiller and cause the chiller to run all day long thus increasing electrical consumption. So how to clean it? Acid cleaning is one way. Run 15%HCl along the pipe line for hours. Vinegar commonly available is around 3%. It is very diluted. Will need to neutralise the acid before running it for the system. Acid cleaning is risky as it might just burst any part of the piping. There are easier ways of cleaning the pipe but it contains phosphate. Maybe running the whole thing to Rowa might solve the problem. I am trying to flush my chiller also. So will study the appropriate method and will let you guys know if it works.

Clownfish what you feed to your fishes? its seems its ok for marron to change color. But how abt False clown? same thing? like what ryz says, the color brcame duller after some time. Any one able to retain color?

i'm also looking for some. New reactor also. How many kg yours need? Cos i not too sure as i never use before.

Well saw my thread. Forgot all about it. Now read my own thread sound a bit stupid. Now to update it. Well the color loss is still going on with the addition of rowa. I suspect its due to some stresses somewhere. (definitely what!) But dun know if any stuffs i can add to improve the color of the fishes. Now my yellow tang is not so yellow anymore. The most obvious one is the clown fishes. Maroon and false clown. They turn blackish. I feed formula 1 & 2, mysis, brine.. I sometimes put in trace element for fishes, Vit C, Selcon(just buy, no effect yet). Anyone has the same prob?? i wanted to add in a flame angel but afraid the same thing happen to the flame.

Correction..."Orchid Dottyback" not gramma. Then how about a black cap? Will fight? Both very shy fish..

Well i suggest you read up first before you have a dog. Read up on all defects, eg the cowhog, undescended testicles etc. No need to be a expert to tell. Hips disorder are common in big dogs. It is going to be very troublesome if you dog have any of the prob. These prob may lead to you giving up the dog. Keeping them on hard HDB grounds will cause prob compare to a garden that they can roam about. Best to walk them at night as its cooler, Never take a husky out in the afternoon. Will cause heat stroke. If the authorities knock on your door, you will need to give the dog up. Rehoming a dog is a very cruel thing to do. Do ask why is the owner giving up. if the owner say no time for dog, chances are the husky has little or no contact with other dogs. Result will be a very aggressive husky. You will only be able to see this when there are dogs around. Bringing the dog to the vet cannot find out everything. Just my opinions
