This is definitely not the high power high flux LED. You need a lot of this LED to light up your tank to visable level but still cannot meet the T5HO light or MH light standard. To compare just run your T5HO or MH side by side with the LED. To get actual reading use a LUX or Lumen Meter. If you are interest in PAR valve then go for you need a PAR meter
