All the LED strips mounted up after drilling all the require holes and tap. This is follow by wiring up the led strips.

This is under your LED.There is no heat in that area.So ok.

Understand wrongly. Ok for the splash proof acrylic I am using 3 mm. 2 mm is acceptable.

Jacky your MG is very low. You need to push it up above 1350

The casing holding supports to prevent the bar warp due to heat transfer from the plate

Hi Bro, Generally I recomend to use 3 mm thick aluminium plate if your total LED is less then 100 pieces. For large led light fixture I highly recomend to use 1.5 inch thick heatsink LED light casing is very heavy as compare to other light casing.There is no alternative to this.

should be no problem. With today high power led you can have your tank light up from 5w incandescent equivalent to 400 watt MH equivalent anytime
