For the iron I try to check with my friend. Those are suppose to be pure form of sugar according to the seller. But you can use any sugar

For iron, you can use the normal iron supplement from any brand available from most marine lfs. Dosage is usually double of wat is required by DSR calculator from DSR website For diy I got mine from internet throught a friend Just mix with RODI can already
