No worry bro. I have one blasto got blow away and hid in the rock cave for months. Find it during one of the cleanup. Almost botak. Just put it at one low flow andmid light area and 2 months later it start to grow back. Today it is bigger then before Cheers

Additional things to look out: 7. Is your blue LED Royal Blue? 8. Is your white LED the general bins or the higher output bins type.

Remember when you going for LEDs look out and remember this. 1. The LED use must be 3 watts( per piece). Anything less is only for tank less than 1 ft deep or decorative usage 2. LED spacing must not be too close or too far. (1.5 inch to 2.5 inch.) Or you are going to get spot lighting effect. 3. Lens cannot be use if the object is less than 12 inch from the LEDs 4. Make sure you have enough fans to dissipate aways the heat generated or your LED performance will drop drastically in no time. 5. Our eyes is the worse and unreliable to tell you if the LED is bright enough for your aquarium use. Use an intensity meter to measure. 6. Your LED must be at least 100 lm/watt to be efficient.Anything less is not worth the investment

Go for LED but make sure you get the right one. Any one who tell you LED is cheap is definitely not selling you the right thing. It is definitely not cheap to invest but with your running cost down by about 40% and no parts changes for the next 50,000 hours you will benefit from the investment soon

This type of light is more for domestic and office use. Even then it is very expensive as compare to the other high power LED.
