Make sure your parameter is stable .Too much changes in the parameter especially kh can bleach your SPS.

Ok.Will try to post a FTS over the weekend. Last 3 days something go wrong with my overflow pipe. The main display tank keep overflow. After monitoring for 2 days finally found the problem The overflow pipe clog with detrius and algae. Stop return pump. Let the water flow at the overflow pipe stop. Dismantle the whole overflow pipe and get in clean and brush out. Spend about an hour to brush clean all the pipe internal and clean all the valves. Fix back every thing and run. Everything go back to normal . Can sleep peacefully liao

I stop dosing color ultra color elements Red/Purple since 5/5/13 and now the green is slowly coming back. Will monitor for 2 more weeks and see if the green can go back to the original

Ice probe or any peltier chiller should do the job. I use ice probe on my pico before and if left uncontrol it can freeze the tank

KH and CA is a bit on the high side. If can stop dosing both for a while and let them drop to 8 and 400 respectively. Important thing is to maintain the parameter stable. By the way what is your tank size

Its nice to hear you giving up smoking and spend that money to start a SPS tank. In order to keep SPS you need a sump or you need to do water change daily to maintain a stable parameter to keep PO4 and NO3 undetectable. You also need a chiller to maintain a stable below 27 Deg temperature. SPS will not do ok with water temperature above 27.5 Deg. You need more then 1 wavemaker. Maybe 3 . These are the basics and the rest you can adjust accordingly as you go along
