If you are on budget and you want something close to the european, us standard then you can choose China make product. Not all China Made product are bad. Maxspect is one of them. But there are many others around. Of course you cannot expect 100 % same as AI, Radion or Orphek .

From the available spec ,look ok. Missing spec is lens angle, and what brand of LED use. Also this is a very basic light set where you need an external timer to on/off it daily. With the shipping the price is reasonable
