Ok. No coral. But u need to reduce yr PO4 first. You can run a refugium but it will take a few months before you see result. You can run ATS. You can run phos remover like what many are doing. Or you can dose iron supplement like me. (Not many reefers doing this locally)

First your PO4 confirm too high. (Hanna Reading?) Keep it below 0.1 but above 0 1 to 2 hours light confirm not enough What u run to control yr PO4?

Yap, having some nitrate issue. Can't get below 25ppm. You running skimmer? And what is yr PO4 level? Why u want to reduce NO3 ? Algae problem?
