  1. Blasto going for $25. Favia going for $10. Take both at $30. Collection in Marine Parade.
  2. http://reefbuilders.com/2009/11/23/genican...-gem-ogasawara/ For interested parties, the fish will be flown in with someone to accompany the fish.
  3. Japanese Angel. Exact piece. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJPHHzXxluk Going for $24000-$25000. Serious buyers pm me.
  4. If someone pay my electrical bill I don't mind. Chiller running at 20 degrees is insane.
  5. If the Eastern Hulafish is bred they could probably be acclimatized to higher temperatures.
  6. Lemon no need help me find my dream leather coral already. I have found the ultimate source, around USD $500 for a leather coral.
  7. If marine fish are colourful but cheap, there is usually a reason.
  8. I was told by someone who brought them in before. They are quite easy to keep, provided you can keep the water cool and feed enriched bbs everyday.
  9. I think you mean very hardy once they stop jumping.
  10. Why not just change the pump to a 1260? I got a 1260 which I don't mind swapping.
  11. My pH of newly produced DI water is 10. Now running an airstone through it to lower the pH. So far after 10 mins pH has dropped to 9.5.
  12. I've seen this on Australia stocklist. It can be brought in if you ask. Most people don't keep them as they require around 18 degrees celcius to thrive.
  13. The maroon clownfish and Pseudochromis flavivertex will be terrors. Do not keep seahorses in reef tanks.
  14. Just did a trial feeding with frozen cyclopeeze. The fish did not show interest. Either cyclopeeze is too big or they did not recognise it as a food item. I will continue feeding them cyclopeeze the next few days with brine shrimp to see if they will start to take it.
  15. Hmm..the biggest of them seems to be just below 2cm.
  16. They can be kept. But you must make sure of a few things. 1) No predators, not even small crabs. 2) Filter intakes. Screen these if the suction is too strong. So far they have not ventured into my hang-on filters. My filters only draw 300L/hr so maybe that's why. 3) No bigger fish which will compete with them for food or stress them out. 4) Feed frequently with appropriately sized foods. Always start with live baby brine shrimp. These must be enriched with HUFA supplements, NHBBS will not do in the long run. 5) A small night light preferably as sudden darkness seems to spook these timid fish.
