  1. Veiled chameleons are not endangered. It is a common species.
  2. I got second-hand 38 gallon & 100 gallon Exo-Terra mesh cages.
  3. Those interested can check it out at Nature Aquarium at Balestier hill shopping complex. Just came across it yesterday. Essentially you can use the tube in a normal FL fixture, and it's pure 100% LED.
  4. I have 7 together. I am waiting for them to pair up themselves before selling the rest which refuse to form pairs.
  5. Recent pic. FCFS. Can take the neon gobies as size comparison.
  6. Nice and dedicated setup.
  7. Swaps can be arranged F.O.C for those who purchased the dottybacks from me earlier but prefer your fishes to stay small.
  8. Fishes are available. 2cm and above - $40 each <2cm - $30 each
  9. It has been accomplished by someone in South Africa. http://www.marinebreeder.org/phpbb/viewtop...663&start=0
  10. Use epsom salt..won't cost you $80.
  11. I don't see a need for you to dose Mg and Ca as the organisms you keep are not fast consumers of these elements. Fast consumers of such elements would be clams, sps, coralline algae. Dosing additives can be done as long as you follow the dosage instructions. If you want to avoid the hassle and cost of such additives just change more water per week, maybe even up to 20-30%. This is the advantage of small tanks. You can maintain your parameters just by regular water changes. Instead of adjusting each parameter at a time, changing water will set things right for most of the parameters.
  12. If you mention everything is doing fine then don't get too worried about it. While a pH of 7.8 is not optimal, it is ok for normal reef aquariums without sensitive corals like SPS. Your tank is less than 30 gallons so it is not a big quantity of water. Just do regular 10-20% weekly water changes and it will keep your parameters stable. It will be cheaper than dosing additives and buying the test kits. I don't even test pH, I just change water.
  13. Either let it drop naturally or change water using a salt mix which is low in kH. If you are running a CR you might want to slow down the drip rate or lower the bubble count.
  14. You might want to lower your kH to below 10 and see if you still face problems in raising your Mg levels.
  15. Left one bottle of: Kordon Ich Attack (100% organic) - 16 oz bottle for $22
  16. http://www.marinebreeder.org/phpbb/viewtop...=209&t=3619
  17. http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2002-11/eb/index.php See the second picture
  18. Unless you have a major parasitic isopod infestation I do not see the point in buying a cleaner wrasse. Stop buying, it will only lead to the continuation in their unfortunate trade. The fish themselves are vulnerable to the diseases that affect your other fish, they are not immune. Everytime someone is successful in buying a pc that survives, many others die. It's not sustainable at all..
  19. Selling 1 pc, it's between 1.5-2 inches. Feeding on pellet. Going for $80.
  20. 1 pc healthy Blue Assessor for $50. Collection will be in Marine Parade.
