  2. Manual for the commercial production of Banggai cardinalfish
  3. 3 pieces spotted at Pinnacle at Pasir Ris.
  4. 2 pieces of relatively rare liopropoma sp. spotted at Ahbeng. I think it is the sunset basslet. Basically pink with a yellow tail.
  5. I have wondered how this spotlight becomes 21W when they are using 5x 3W LEDs. Is overdriving LEDs possible?
  6. I have not prepared the tank yet. I'll be sourcing for a good looking light fixture to hold the lamps. These lamps are'nt light. Estimated weight per piece is as heavy as a can of coke.
  7. I just received my 2 units yesterday. Any lobang for a flexible light holder? I was thinking of those that they use for reptile basking spotlights. Are all your units 12K? Mine are 12K but was wondering how 20K lights would look. I actually am using these lights for a pico tank that is the same size as Marcello's. Thinking of adding in a Vortech MP10..
  8. You need to upgrade your lights to LED spotlights. If you use 4 units, only 84W.
  9. I put some in a fluidized reactor so that water flows through the biohome. Most of them are just placed in bags which I dump in my sump.
  10. Wow..even in China you can keep bearded dragons and chameleons. Singapore...
  11. If cannot find just concentrate on conditioning the pair. Once you have babies, you want how many reidis also can.
  12. Think average size at CF is around 1cm. Max size I think around 1".
  13. Some eels would be cool. Imagine a bed of garden eels.
  14. They are only gems..if they stay alive. Look just like common clarkii..
  15. Hi Zorden, The flying gunards that usually come in are rather small, usually only 2-3" in length. Ahbeng used to bring in 2-3" solefish, beige body with blue stripes.
  16. Try caribsea aragonite substrate? I think the black one from reef depot looks rather cool.
  17. Yes this is the one. I think just slightly more than $50.
  18. Goby freaks, CF has one pc of this..in their "betta box" at the back row of tanks. Lots of Griessingeri gobies too...if only they have this similar looking species.
  19. Currently using only about 5kg, together with 3-4 kg of ceramic rings. Total water volume estimated at 200-250 gallons.
  20. It does help if you use enough and your skimmer is sufficiently sized. My nitrates are <1 ppm. I feed an equivalent of half a pack of mysis a day. Phosphates is a different thing though..
  21. Wah...if you can leave most of the sandbed open, can keep a lot of interesting fish. Think of flying gunards, sea moths, dwarf lionfish.. even solefish.. or even the wobbegong shark at LCK which eats mollusks.
