  1. Saw it before. One healthy specimen.
  2. Picassos are the ones set aside in the display tank and the one linked to the sps system. If you look closely between the 2nd and 3rd bar, the connecting stripe is in the process of joining. Once this happens, the price of these fish will easily be 150% the price that they are commanding now.
  3. Wow..looks like the money was'nt spent in vain. Leather corals don't jump.
  4. Not too sure of the market rate for them so I am only looking at trades for now. Hard corals will be considered too.
  5. This is a rare mutation in which the top part of the eye develops a blue pigment. I will upload a photo tomorrow. I cannot find any on the internet.
  6. At first I thought this is the so-called Tyree LE toadstool. http://www.bostonreefers.org/forums/showth...1935&page=2 But..it's not the same. When the polyps are withdrawn, the leather is green.
  7. pH not possible to be below 3. If so your hands should be suffering from acid burn already..
  8. I have limited 1" juveniles, trading for unique soft corals. Interested pm me.
  9. Green cespitularia exists.
  10. Most of the picassos are already flying overseas with the another 3 fish which cost more than 8K.
  11. Finally the expensive sarcophyton. Probably the only one in Singapore. If you compare the colors of the corals above to this photo, you will roughly get an idea how much more fluorescent this is. Unfortunately, this is not the ultimate sarcophyton, there is one more species which has polyps twice as long and costs about 150% the price of this. My next target..
  12. My camera is not worthy. My Nuclear Powered Sinularia and ORA green polyp sarcophyton. The green is more towards the same corals listed in http://www.thefragguys.com/other.html
  13. I should be getting my dream leather coral tomorrow. I can't sleep.. It should be as nice, or even nicer than: http://www.reeffarmers.com/limitedsarchophyton.htm
  14. Hi Peter, Will take both. Do pm me your contact.
  15. A video of them. Small fish tend to decompress better compared to larger fish, good news in this case.
  16. If you can, request for captive bred seahorses at either Iwarna or Marine Life. Their contact information is found in the sponsor forum. CB seahorses have a higher survival rate as they will eat frozen mysis readily and they are less-likely to be affected by diseases common with WC seahorses. Avoid over-stocking if your tank is small, small seahorses will grow. I would suggest that you stick to 2 pcs. Only keep peaceful corals with seahorses, aggressive ones with strong stings (e.g anemones) should be avoided. There are many small skimmers on the market, the marine shops would be able to advise you more.
  17. He can sell anything in his tank, except the priceless green soft coral.
  18. New breeders will eat their own eggs. Be prepared that they might eat 8 or more spawns before stopping.
  19. How's the Lemon tree doing? How is it reacting to light?
  20. Yellow assessors have never been priced below $80. Most of the time they are $90-$120, depending on availability. Blue assessors are historically cheaper, around 50 plus minus. Only captive bred yellow assessors are available for now, have not heard of CB blue assessors.
  21. Dose kalkwasser at night. I have found that this helps.
  22. They hatch on the 8th-9th night. You need to feed live rotifers for the first 4-5 days. Then you switch to enriched bbs.
