  1. Selling the following Soft Coral Package to fund my system expansion. The following corals are never common in Singapore. Most soft corals you see will be brown. I only have 2 packages for grabs. Each package consists of the following corals: 1) Blue Cespitularia (1" frag) (Considered one of the ultimate xenias, very hardy) http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_di...amp;pcatid=2753 2) ORA Neon Green Polyp Sarcophyton (1"x1" frag) (Polyp is 100% green, not just the tip) http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_di...amp;pcatid=2320 3) Fibre Optic Sinularia (1" frag) Post #91 @ http://www.sgreefclub.com/forum/index.php?...84746&st=80 Unable to find any information on this via the internet. 4) Ultra Neon Green Sinularia (1" frag) (Australian origin, confirm not dyed) Post #74 @ http://www.sgreefclub.com/forum/index.php?...84746&st=60 5) Devil's Teeth Palythoas (3 polyps, polyps are 1" across!) http://www.zoaid.com/index.php?module=Gall...;g2_itemId=9584 Each package is going for $140. Frags will be cut on site, without frag plug. Serious buyers do pm me. Collection in Marine Parade.
  2. Ups. Just checked the pump, it is working.
  3. Eheim 1262 alone will be sufficient. Use 1" piping for return to fully maximize the return flowrate. You can split the return into 2 x 1" outlet at opposite ends of the tank. If you use 1/2" piping you will restrict the flow of the pump too much.
  4. Not expensive but takes much effort to find.
  5. http://www.zoaid.com/index.php?module=Gall...;g2_itemId=9584 Polyps are 1" across. For #6?
  6. No, don't waste your time. Even boiling water does'nt kill them. Peppermint shrimps always come in during Carribean shipments.
  7. Some things will eat them. Peppermint shrimp and copperband butterflyfish are the very few reef safe options. Berghia nudibranchs work very well but you cannot get them in Singapore now.
  8. Funny how Sneaky is not sneaking around the tank floor anymore.
  9. Yellow or blue one? I can let off my yellow one if you want. It's a failed pairing experiment.
  10. This is a rare colour morph. You need to spend time looking through lionfish shipments. I've seen about 7 yellows to date.
  11. Updated pic of the black footed lionfish. Apparently one of the hardest lionfish to keep alive. Just 1+ month away from hitting the 6 months mark.
  12. If you don't mind second hand items, http://www.sgreefclub.com/forum/index.php?...c=86866&hl= The turnover rate should be more than sufficient to handle your tank.
  13. Most copepods and amphipods are beneficial to the reef system. Do not freak out when you see them. Fishes naturally eat them as part of their diet. You should only be worried about isopods. These stick to your fish and look like flattened oblong-shaped crustaceans with 2 black eyes on top.
  14. Beckett skimmers are well-known for their high turnover rate and supreme capacity to strip out pollutants from the water rapidly. The only drawback of such skimmers is their high power consumption compared to other skimmers as they usually require a pressure-rated pump to function properly. The unit I am selling can function optimally with a feed pump that only consumes 50W of electricity. Selling a 30" tall Reef Maniacs beckett skimmer. Footprint for in-sump use is 28cmx18cm. Pipings for external usage is not included. Feed pump is a Rio Hyperflow HF20 rated at only 50W. Comes with a waste collector with auto shut-off. Selling everything for only $120. I will test the pump for interested parties on site. If the pump is not working (has been out of water for about a week), the price will be at $80. This skimmer has worked excellent for me. I am only selling it as I need to cut down as much power consumption as possible. The wattage I offset from the feed pump will be used to power my UV sterilizers. Collection in Marine Parade. Interested parties drop me a pm.
  15. Such colors can be achieved without zeovit. Check out Danano's 4ft SPS tank. Another link. http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2005-03/totm/index.php Don't remember him mentioning usage of zeovit? Just need good husbandry and discipline.
  16. Agreed. Neon green ones will never look that impressive in the photo. If it has not been photoshopped, chances are that it is dyed.
  17. Hydatina physis spotted at CF. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydatina_physis For people who wish to try this gastropod, http://www.seaslugforum.net/message/1690 Maybe polychaetes sold as fishing bait might work. But you got to freeze them first.
  18. You guys can think of it as a witch hunt. We have nothing to hide. We are not here to gain popularity. You guys have no idea how much effort we took just to compare his IP addresses and to match them and to garner other evidence. It literally took us MONTHS. Until now we are still keeping an eye out for other of his clones.
  19. Agreed. It takes one Keng Leng Kia to recognize another. It takes a clown to recognize another. We all know Lemon is a clown.
  20. Seen all the above before. Almost all are WC, except for H.kuda which is very often captive bred. We do get captive bred H. breviceps and H. abdominalis from Australia too but these require cooler water below 25 degrees for long term survivability.
  21. http://www.sgreefclub.com/forum/index.php?...37318&st=40 About 2 months of intensive culture to get your larvae into a shrimp.
