  1. AT is gonna scream at you.....
  2. $3-$5 should be the rough price....anything close to $10 is daylight robbery. Their cost price is only like a fraction of that.
  3. devilfire...if you not buying pls dun post comments if they are not needed. Let buyers decide for themselves. Kind of rude to comment on the sales of other people..unless it is really overpriced. In this case I don't think it is.
  4. ........you were there meh? No leh..it's leaving my fishes alone...& my fishes are leaving it alone too. Hehe..talking about peaceful inhabitants.
  5. Pipefish easier feed. They wean onto frozen food more readily than seahorse. You can keep gobies with pipefish. That's my setup.
  6. Keep carpet anemone. I find it the easiest anemone to keep. I've had mine growing in one of my first 2 ft tanks without a skimmer and only an 11w pl light. Had it for 12 months before it finally overgrew the tank..and had to give it away. Take note that they will eat EVERYTHING they can catch. Feel the tentacles & you will know wat i mean.
  7. Or get some glass cut and add some extra bracings to your tank. Something which I should have done for mine..but oh well..sigh.. Ian>>>whats a I-box? It's an internal filter right? You mean it's an overflow siphon box which I can connect to a sump?
  8. I can't imagine how big your nori was. Did'nt you tear it up into smaller pieceS?
  9. Where to get the overflow siphon box? I'm kind of interested.
  10. Your tank is like mine. Let me offer a few tips....your tank is like mine running on 6mm glass. 4 feet X 18 inch X18 inch. Due to the glass thickness...I would'nt recommend you to add a deep sand bed. A sparse layer of sand would do. As for rocks do not put too much. As for water level...try to keep it as low as possible. For example...my water level is only about 15.5 inches. I keep it around there...planning to lower it to 15 eventually. This will reduce stress placed on your glass by the water. If your tank is still empty..you could build an inbuilt overflow and drill a hole at the bottom of your tank so that the water can flow into your sump via gravity. If your tank is already stocked like mine...oh well..live without a sump.
  11. Hmmm..so in the aquarium I doubt there would be much rock borers. So I think after flubberina read this she wun let us worm-sit liao darn...
  12. Heh...i just got one today for only $8.
  13. Who likes working for the gov***ment anyway?
  14. AHhaaa...okie... SL got nice stock of softies...fishes are supposedly very healthy too...
  15. ........Excess phyto will get skimmed up by the skimmer once you turn it back on lah. I only off my skimmer for 3-4 hours during dosing. After that I turn it back on..din notice any wrong with my inhabitants... Possibly the only difference with our tank and with the ocean is that we are not feeding filter feeders enough. That's why I dose daily. My own experiment...will let you know if my tank water ever turns green.
  16. Hmmm..180l tank. 20 drop a day for the phyto I got at Wat**Cir***. Every 2 days one capful of DT. I dun mind overdosing...I just don't want my things to starve.
  17. HEhe..nvm..my skimmer quite good at removing gunk...I'm only putting maybe 20 drops a day...alot meh? Still got alot of tubeworms and 2 flame scallops...and my beautiful red sponge.
  18. AHhahaa...can worm-sit christmas worms why not? Can admire them in your tank also..hehe
  19. Think I should stick more to inverts in my tank.
