I would suggest something different. Check your test kit. Use it to check the pH of newly mixed saltwater..if it is still ph 7...you can throw it away and buy a Salifert.

Snails are just a temporary solution. Long term solution would be your water parameters....reduce phosphate..reduce nitrate...reduce silicates.

4 big prawns!? How big is your tank? Btw..changing 50% water will not lower ur nitrates by 50%...it does'nt work that way...a change in water will only remove a very small proportion of nitrates...but it is not a long term solution. So best way is to go DSB.

The truth is out there... Anyway...if you happened to see a few dead fire shrimps & bought a shrimp from the same tank..chances are that it is already in shock and has not fully recovered...further stress would kill it easily. Best you visit the LFS a few days later to see if the blood shrimps are stable. Patience goes a long way.

Scopas tang and small clown surgeonfish Nothing much already....also got some anthias..not sure wat species..pink color with a dark pink 'stripe' in the middle of the body...those been there quite long already..think more than 1 week +.
