  1. Hi..I am looking for mice...if anyone got any to let go pls pm me. Hamsters will do as well.
  2. Eh? should'nt it be sexual? I get confused by ppl saying that caulerpa going asexual is bad..but why is this so? Is'nt sexual reproduction of caulerpa more dangerous?
  3. Brittlestars are not starfish. They have different anatomy.
  4. ??? I was not joking...I was serious in asking him to find someone who owns a sniffer dog. Try to look for breeds like german sherpards and blood hounds. You should be able to find your cat faster thru the dog...than to go around searching blindly yourself...
  5. Oh dear...i shall defy the saying!
  6. Get a well-trained dog to sniff your cat out!
  7. Heh...if got problems with me can call me out and talk also...I'll just go alone...with my steel toe harley davidson.
  8. Wow...can't imagine how much you have spent on the rock alone..such good quality rock! Hmmm...I worry about that anemone though...I have a feeling the foot of the anemone might actually upset the deep sand bed. Maybe can replace it with a substitute like a plate coral (heliofungia)? These look identical if not nicer compared to anemones...and definitely easier to keep. Heh...you NO3 problem same as mine...got a shock when I bought a salifert. LoL! Can try floating a basket with some caulerpa in your main tank to help with nitrate export.
  9. Yep..doctor fishes hardly ever know to care for themselves in captivity. They normally only do well in large tanks with lots of fishes. You still might have to try a few fish before 1 really survives. Think it's because of their high metabolic rates and the shipping process. Imagine being caught from the ocean and being starved before someone buys you. Combined with stress....hence the low survival rate...
  10. I think you meant christmas tree worm.
  11. sounds like the one i am keepin...does it look like this?
  12. HArd to change their mindset..the last time my friend went their to buy a sponge...gave specific instructions for the sponge to be packed underwater when he passed the pail to the employee...but the employee just picked up the sponge from the pail..put it in the bag..and filled it with water...when my friend questioned him why he did that...the employee just gave a nonchalant snigger. Now..how about that?
  13. Maybe in captive environment they become stunted? Imagine the amount of space they have in the oceans...but in our tanks? Even the biggest reef tanks may not be able to provide their natural space in the wild. But although they might end up stunted slightly...at least they wun have to worry about natural predators.
  14. Probably some burrowing organisms in the attached rock expelling dirt from their homes... Zooxanthids don't spawn like that...they reproduce by asexual budding.
  15. I personally don't like keeping hamsters..their lifespan is too darn short. Anyway...in case anyone has deformed hamsters that need to be culled...can always pass to me...I will cull them naturally and humanely.
  16. The name of the place I got it from you have already stated...Get my hint? LoL...but I think the prices will fluctuate depending on supply......
  17. I can understand why...just like guys being attracted to.....*ahem* lol
  18. Yes....we must all understand...that fellow reefers are all perpetually poor.
  19. AHaha...nothing..I just realised that your emperor is more than 2 years old...what an achievement...Btw..did your emperor bother that goniopora in the first pic when it was a baby?
