  1. I rather give angels the miss altogether. Why play with fire when you know you will get burnt one day? Unless you like the cheap thrill?
  2. A blue tang in a 2 ft tank....it wun get to grow to its maximum size at all. It'll end up stunted. Kinda cruel if you ask me.
  3. You can use the tank..provided you only fill it up to 50% or less? Why not set up a mini mangrove habitat? I think you mean 6mm...i don't think any normal FW 4 footer uses 5mm glass...
  4. keep them away from microbubbles...and best keep them in shaded areas before they get smothered by diatoms or algae.

  13. Saw some at a shop in marine parade...next to the 7-11 near to the old marine parade library..but $4 each.. From the chek jawa guide book...it seems like sand shifting stars are very common there..
  14. Use T5s..you'll be amazed by the intensity such a small tube gives off..
  15. Hmmm..golden pearls..sounds very oriental...it's a chinese product? Remind me of 'zhen zhu fen' lolx
  16. It's oxygen bubbles produced by photosynthetic microalgae. Nothing to be worried about.
  17. Harlequins usually cease eating after consuming a sea star. A few days after finishing the star if it has no appetite, it normally is a sign that the shrimp is going to moult. After moulting, the harlequin usually waits for a few more days before beginning to feed again. Hope this answers your question.
