Bought at $5 from reb*rN....I bought 2...but now left 1..the other one vanished with another goby of mine. Think they got trapped under my UG plate and could'nt find a way out.
My tank is 6-7 months old and my sand bed still gets brown..esp after large water changes using untreated tap water. Silicates will lead to diatom bloom
ahHAHA...not very wise of you ryz to post your gf's pics..
Anyway..that one really your sister? I would have asked you to intro...but on second thoughts the thought of someone forever smiling creeps me out.
I've used it to feed filter-feeders like tubeworms n flame scallops before.
Also used to coat crickets before feeding them to my pets.
Tried using them to feed brine shrimp too.
I have some ultra fine spirulina for sale.
Selling as I bought too much during the last Aquarama to use finish. Currently am storing it in a container in my freezer to prevent it from going damp.
I'm gonna buy little clear plastic containers (those used to store chilli sauce in takeaways) and divide them.
Going for $1 a container.
Anyone interested please add your name in list form thanks.
Will arrange collection sometime next weekend.
Wanted to keep the orange linkia star..cause it looked so nice..but scared that my harlequins will start picking on my sea cukes
So I brought the sea star right in front of the harlequins. They happily took it...and the sea star started BLOATING...
Now it's twice the size and twice the thickness.
Anyone experienced this before? This is the first time I have witnessed something like that.
The goby should be able to find the shrimp. I caught my watchman goby out and put him back at the other end of the tank and it still made its way back to the shrimp at the other end of the tank.
eAquarist...went there today..bought one purple headed boxing shrimp. Left only 2 when I left there.
Got ###### shrimps (thor amboinensis)...left 2 when i left there. I bought 3.
Marble shrimps
anemone shrimps
3 barracudas (no joke)
Nice bright orange zoanthids.
1 pink sand shifting sea cuke left (i bought the other one).
Terry..the goby you have posted is quite hard to find here. The one we see here is more common, but a different species. Colouration is the same. However, the dorsal fin is like that of a firegoby's.
