  1. Hope some people can help me out here. I am trying to dial to KL from SG. From my understanding if I want to dial a residential no. there it should go something like 0203 followed by the residential no. If it's a handphone no. leh? I've got a no. that goes something like 012-671**** I've tried dialing 0203 followed by the above no. but somehow the phone rings before I even complete the no. I've tried 0203671**** but the phone no. is said to be wrong. So what should i dial? should i go by country code which is 60 followed by the number? I'm kinda confused..
  2. Hmmm...nice tank shots...hmmm..wanna go goby hunting next time?
  3. I've got a blue one from PR..supposedly tank bred..anyway..don't see it cleaning my fish leh..maybe my fishes too small?
  4. An anemone won't do well in the long run in such a small volume of water. Water parameters will fluctuate too much, causing uneccessary stress to the animal. I don't see the point of keeping the anemone for awhile, then see it bleach and die and then buy another one to replace it. In the wild, the anemone could easily outlive a human.
  5. Yea..it really works. I'm still rather puzzled as to why it took soooo long for it to become widely available here. I waited 6-7 years...finally it has gotten its well deserved reputation.. The first place I got it from was from s*m y*ck years ago..
  6. Yea...saw the black caps and royal grammas. Still have quite a number left so people who are looking for them should'nt be too worried. Saw a little royal gramma about 2-3cm only...wanted to get it..but atlas...bought a blue neon goby instead..and a 'pair' of orange striped pipefish.
  7. If I did'nt remember wrongly, clownfish are born without gender. At a certain age they all become males, whereby the dominant male would then change ###### into a female. So theorectically if you have 2 males, given time the dominant one would change into a female. Thus you would have a pair..
  8. It's up to you..personally I would put it straight into the main tank rather than stress it with another transfer later on..
  9. Hmmm..best if you can do a waterchange maybe around 30%? Use of activated carbon would be good to remove any remaining medication.
  10. Hmmm...feeding mine mysis? Now changed to P.E mysis. They love it!
  11. http://www.petsforum.com/personal/trevor-j...ooklynella.html Got the link from ReefCentral...
  12. I think its more than 5 gallons (18.5 l). No way can a 5 gallon tank support so much livestock.
  13. Diatoms is'nt that bad...copepods feed on diatoms.. So if you have alot of diatoms it does'nt necessarily mean its bad. It might look unpleasant, but its beneficial to your copepod population..
  14. Wah lao..reveal its location...Now we know where to fishnap the blackcap from..
  15. Huh..really meh..I keep for so many months first time see the scooter do this leh..
  16. Just wondering if any fellow keepers witness this... Happened twice so far...I approached the tank and somehow spooked the female scooter...it immediately burrowed into the sand with only the 2 eyes exposed above the sand. Did'nt notice the male doing this though...
  17. Hai...too bad i keeping small crustaceans...now can't even keep royal gramma or black cap unless I get another tank? Heh..looks like I have to spend the $$ to buy blue neon gobies.
  18. Hmm..not sure where can get them now...I got them around 6-7 years ago? From what I've heard so far ML and a FW planted aquarium near harlequin at cavan rd carries waterlife products..
  19. Erm..the black cap costs a bomb does'nt it?
  20. I think its rather safe to overdose slightly. Remember last time my tank only about 10 gallons..put about 1.5 tablets. Did'nt take account the rocks and stuff.. just the total volume of the tank..
  21. Yes. Grade 0 sand itself if not enough if you have a DSB. You need coral chips of bigger grades like 3-4 to help the jawfish stabilise the burrow.
  22. Just keep the fish healthy and ich won't kill them. I've had ich in my tank for months but the fishes don't die..
