how reef safe are they? Do they attack cleaner shrimps?

I have two blue tangs in my tank, one i have had for three years the other about two months. When I introduced the new one, I placed both in the QT tank for a few weeks, then moved them to the main tank at the same time. I choose one same size/slightly bigger than the orignal one. They get on fine now, there was only a bit of fighting for the first week or so.

Ich Tangs.. aka Blue Tangs. I have three and and they permantly have ich amazing, but still going strong after three years.

I bought a small orange marble seastar last weekend. Since I bought her she didnt move in the tank much, for the last two days she hasn't moved and her skin appears to be peeling. At what point should I remove her if she is dead dying?
