50L is only a 1.5ft or 2ft tank right? for basic set up $100 is enough or if u wan 1 time have all the good stuff might need around $500. Depends on what u really wan for ur equipment.. we cant really give u a fix amount

setup for 50L less then $100 is more then enough.. but keeping fish is more easy then keeping coral..
