i dont think you should feed mysis. your tank doesnt have enough fish to consume all the food. if u want u can cut the cube into smaller pieces.

if you are having DSB... then its best to leave the bubbles untouch cause at those depth, those benefcial bateria will be there working their magic (anarobic bacteria). once those bubbles get big enough they will just come out due to pressure. i usually just leave the bubbles alone. doesnt affect me that much btw does the bubbles in anyway affect the tank ? if not i think its best left alone. hope this helps.

woohoooo ~ nice~ lolz.. they are already kept in the freezer once the crabs where killed. cant really wash them leh, the eggs are pretty fine. i just froze them immediately before the crabs were killed. btw can those be fed to corals ? i am planning to go into corals and i think i got enough eggs to last quite awhile =D will switch to coral food once the eggs runs out

manage to get my hands on some crab eggs (came with the flower crabs my mum got from the market) anyone tried using them as fish food ? i just tried and my fishes seem to like them alot. i know there might be some concerns with the eggs containing some bacteria which may have an effect on the fishes. i would just like to know if there are any bros or sis who have tried feeding fish with crab eggs before and probably give your opinions, and whether these eggs cane be used to feed corals. cheers

have that same problem with my regal not eating. then i tried crab eggs.. and it ate alittle. mine is kinda timid hiding all the time. if u can get your hands on crab eggs u cab try using it. cheers

just my exprience with tangs. have kept several tangs while i am in this hobby, i realise that if you aclimatize your tang properly, the chances of it getting white spot is alot lower ( take 1 hour ) i have a blue tang, powder blue and gold rim tang from the first day of introduction until now, no signs of white spot.

i used to have 2 sandshifter star. one was attacked by my blue legged hermit so died after sometime. the other one is still doing fine crawling around. it has been with me for almost 6 months now. dont know whether my sand is "dead" but all my livestocks are doing fine at least for now.

got a 3 ft sump with 3 compartments. dimension of sump is 3' X 1.5' X 1.5' all 4 side panels of sump is tinted black. glass thinkness is 6mm collection will be at YCK gerald drive. anytime from now to tml evening. if not one collect the tank it will be thrown away. personals that has something to trade with will have priority. note* only trade with live stock of any sort including algae.
