sorry ar... does the amount of light affect the plate ? cause i have noticed .. when i on all my lights ... the plate shrinks .. to the extend that the centre portions looks dead.... currently running 2 PL .. blue and white.. gonna save for T5 .. when i off one of them the plate seem to expand alittle ... covering all the base skeleton.. looks pretty healthy. it is currently sitting on very fine sand now, i got them from the beach quite sometime back.. pls advice thanks

hi, are garlic soaked food shrimp safe ? i have been feeding my fishes commerically sold garlic soaked food. i have a boxter shrimp and i have seen it eat them for the paste few days. this morning when i woke up it was dead ... used to have a few cleaners shrimps too but i when i change my food to pellets they stop eating too ... and strave to death i think please advice thanks !

muhahaha yea they do sway gently ... tenticles are about 5-6cm on average. wa market prawn isnt that alittle messy .. thats the reson y i didnt get anemone haha.. lol i dont have any test kits for now.. but i do have a sump... oh .. haha cause the last plate that i have in my 2 feet beigan to bloat and started to release some stuff for its mouth and it melted in the end.. afriad that history will happen i juz wanna recomfirm here lolz ... haha thanks man ... this piece is in my 3 feet tank under direct blast from my PL ... trying to save up for a T5 .. i feed it plankton food once every 2 days so it should be healthy i guess thanks again !

hey, arge .. damn noob i juz got this plate yesterdae ... took it about 2 hours for it to open. and now its alittle bloated at the bottom .. is this normal ? the ones i usually see in display tanks doesnt bloat at the base leh ... please advice ! thanks =)

hey u can try the farm in yio chu kang i think its seletar farm way .. dunno farmway wat lar ... they have some pretty nice but common zoas ..

hey, hmm. i was at pasir ris fishing at night... when the tide was high the water is exceptionally clear.. there are little sotongs swimming around too.. but quality wise not too sure lar. in the dau can can see kelongs and big ships moving pass haha

ok haiz... so sad .. anyways the fins on that guy is "rotting" and the left eye is covered in some slime... doubt it will make it through the night. are anthais that hard to rare ? here is a pic of the fish

the remaining anthais has one side of this body covered in some slimy stuff ... the other side is clear though ... think its a goner. can anyone identify this illness ? or it is because its a cynide caught fish ? i have 4 common clowns, a sail fin tang and a blue damsel.. all are doing fine

thanks for the advice. both of my anthais arent taking pellets ... i feed them frozen brine shrimps. anyway one of them didnt make it in the QT .. the other one i put it back in the main tank already doubt it will make it thought the night. my other fishes are ok though. thanks again

my pair of anthias now has cloudy eyes ... one of them seem to have some things growing below its mouth ... any treatment to reco ?

hi, i have a pair of dispar anthais they have been with me for about 5 days now ... both of them are having some skin problems.. both are happily swimming around but there are small translucent specks on their body.. its not white spot for sure... i cant identify wat it is ... please advice thanks !
