  1. Thanks all for your encouragements. I have rescape to a bit on the bottom half, as I will be keeping more LPS. Is this scape better?
  2. Intend to put zoes there, it be easier to frag in future, Is there any problem?
  3. WTS: IM MiniMax Reactor Mid Size Like new, Selling at $100, ($165 when new.) The great advantage of this reactor over the traditional ones is, you don't have to unplug and remove the messy cable to take out the reactor for media change. All you need is to pull out the internal chamber, that's all. Collect at Yishun WA 93221328. Can deliver if purchased at my asking price.
  4. Oh, I did it wrongly. Now I'm doing some rescape. My initial scaping is floating at the higher level which is more suited for SPS. As I'm keeping mostly LPS and softies, I need to scape it lower. Also, I didn't know that I need to create rocks for the fishes to hide or sleep. So have to make some changes. Good thing is that all my rock are not glues, only the main structures are glued. This is my old scape: This is my new modified scape, will need to find more flat rocks to complete it.
  5. My almost complete rockscape. Tomorrow will start cycling my tank.
  6. This is my 4 foot tank, see how much the little kessil can illuminate.
  7. FNM selling at $230, Is good , give very good spread about 2ft wide.
  8. Thanks JMW, will check it out.
  9. Haha, my previous tank was absolute carefree, no dosing, hardly water change and maintenance! Now, my attitude have changed a bit. To keep good coral you need to put a bit of effort. Although I won't be a slave to them. They are suppose to entertain me, not the other way round.
  10. Like your copperband shot! Are you using DSLR to shoot this? May I know your settings and lens used?
  11. Sorry, which is A80? the reactor? $140 if I'm not wrong, I intend to sell it away, WA 93221328 me if you are keen
  12. Thanks for your feedback JMW. I will check it out!
  13. This weekend I'm going to cycle my tank but only have maximum 2 weeks to do so. And I need to transfer my stocks from the old to the new tank thereafter. You think is safe to do that? With just 2 weeks of cycle? Is there any better and safer way to quickly transfer the tank?
  14. Has been doing these in my past 3 tanks. Either I glue it on the glass itself or through magnet. This time around, I add a "T" glass support, so that I can put heavier rocks.
  15. Thank you and thank you for all your free corals
  16. Bought Hydra 26 HD x 2 for my tank with a new HMS bracket.
  17. View of my simple sump. I'm not a fan of big and massive equipment. I try to keep it as simple as possible. Only have a small skimmer and a reactor
  18. My rock scape "floating" on the glass. When fully done it should look good. Currently you don't see the "floating because some piece are temporarily supporting for the glueing process.
  19. Another unusual things I did was to glue support glass on the tank's wall. This glasses is for holding the rocks, so that it will give a floating effect.
  20. I did a very unusual overflow box. The overflow box is standing 6 inches from the back and the side of the tank. So that I can hide my wavemaker and frag station behind the overflow box
  21. Made a mistake, chose the wrong laminated. The wood grain is too much, prefer a more subtle grain. I chose from a small piece of sample, who gave a wrong representation.
