No its not but it's a reliable pump. I am not saying that 2400 is not enough. It is for my case. I suggest you get more inputs from other reefers. There is a lot of reefer here with 2 ft tank. Mine is 2 ft cube. I am using jebao dc-6000.

If you want detritus to be effectively collected in the sump, you need stronger flow. You can look for controlleable dc pump so you can control the flow to your liking.

I used to use one but immediately upgraded to 3500 then 6000.

Iwarna was open yesterday. Not sure today but less fish (most are yellow tang) .

Almost 2 months, my potter still not eating (as observed) even frozen mysys or brine. It is bery timid! But now very active after introducing a smaller flame. Keep chasing the flame but it is too slow for the flame. Any advise to encourage it to eat pellet or frozen food

My 6 months red ruby dragonet died yesterday for unknown reason. It is very active before i go to work and it is feeding on frozen brine/mysis n pellet. Any one knows the life span of this fish? Anyone who has this same kind of fish for more than 6 months?
