  5. Most of the complaints i read from ATO users is the lack of secondary float sensor in case the first float sensor malfunctions/stucks. This is my worry too! What if the sensor of water level stucks? The pump will constantly top up water to the tank until it overflow or the reservoir is run of water which means flooding in the floor. The float sensor for the reservoir (to stop the pump if water at low level) is actually not needed if you have a big reservoir and you know your daily consumption so you can schedule replenishment of transferred water. This is what I did to my set up. I cut the wires of one of the sensor(1) and cut one line of the other sensor(2). I then soldered sensor(1) to sensor(2) so that both sensor are in series. With this arrangement, pump will be activated only if the two sensors are in down positions. This is also useful if you are monitoring two different levels of water like in my case. I have one in the last chanber of my refugium and another one in the first chamber. The one in the first chamber (with floss) is acting as the secondary sensor whch will stop the pump if in case chamber one water flow clogs and water level goes up to a certain level. The sensor can only be mounted in a certain position if the accompanied holder is used.I just used a magnet cleaner for accurate positioning of the sensor.
  6. From web: Why This Fish Can be Hard to Keep The Golden Angelfish is a tropical, reef angelfish that inhabits seaward reef-slopes down to depths of more than 180 feet. They can be found throughout the western Pacific from the northern Great Barrier Reef to Samoa and Indonesia. It is, in part, this fish’s preferred depth, however, that makes it difficult to keep in the aquarium—especially in a reef tank with high intensity lighting that replicates a much shallower environment than the one to which the individual may be accustomed. Problem number one—this fish usually requires a lengthy and somewhat tedious lighting acclimatization that many photosynthetic corals cannot survive and many beginning aquarists fail to realize is necessary. 8. I got an african flameback instead from LCK. It is being harrased by the 6 line and leopard wrasse since the release. They don't allow it to go near the live rocks. Any advice to lessen the aggression. Now worried to add blenny.
  9. thanks for the input. I will go for Flame angel and/or yellow tang. I hope can squeeze in time to go LCK tomorrow.

  11. hi can you a tub of cheato if you can collect today at admiralty drive sembawang. nuj-93860477
  12. === thanks for yout inputs. For item 2, it's getting indirect flow, same as what you described. My wavemaker is pointed to the front side and flow is reflected to the anemone. For item 2, blocking the other side maybe very difficult because of the current arrangement of rocks. That area is not accessible but I will see what I can do this weekend.
  13. == It settled already. it is on the same spot, only in the 1st pic its tentacles were expended and on the 2nd pic I already removed the stone with mushroom. I actually want it to settle on that area, middle of my tank, but not so inside that it does not get enough light. First few days were terible, it was wandering from one place to another and ended up in wavemaker. Good thing the shroud is big for the tunze.
  14. how to provide sufficient light. It stays under rock but eating. Any idea hom much food to feed? Size of anrmone is 1-1.5 " diameter. I bought it like that already n w me for 3 to 4 weeks.
