Hi 2' cube tank owner, I noticed that many of us are owning 2' cube tank and it is good that we share what combination of fishes and stock level work for this limited size of tank so pls share what you have for everybody's information. I will start with what I have: 1 - small true percula 1 - medium PBT 1 - small flameback 2 - small and medium royal gramma 1 - medium midas blenny 1 - small possum wrasse in my list to add: 1 - true percula to pair with my existing one 1 - small flame for small bio-load 1 - small potter angel

I am cycling to irwana and ahbeng. One time to t95 and aquamarin.

What supplement you use for your fish food. Aside from soaking in Garlic, what other supplement you use? I am more after on those that can retain the color of the fish.

For a working DI filter, no need to be very slow flow. I can normally get 1 pail in an hour n maybe more but i dont do that so that the water will have long contact time with carbon. Ensure ur container is clean n not the one you use for mixing saltwater.

Does it mean that once you have a velvet outbreak and you able to isolate the affected fish , you still need to run the dt wih out fish as there may still be pathogen in the tank?

Why do't you make a small amount of saltwater n measure the ca. This should give you within 400-450 range just to confirm your test kit.

if you find it very powerful, you can reduce the supply voltage to 12V (minimum). If you have adaptor for external harddisk, that will perfectly fit. Just confirm the polarity is the same. However, do it at your own risk although i heve been using it for some time now and using else mode.

you can program the timing and levels by pressing the button knob until it display selection for time and program. Use the knob to select program and press the knob again. From there, you can program the 6 timings. As Zabs mentioned, timing 1 and 6, should be set to 0 for both A and B channels if you want complete darkness from timing 6 to timing 1.
