I think your extension cord shld be able to take it. Total amp draw frm what u listed about 4.5A. Our wall outlet is 13A. Just make sure you don't have high amp device drawing from the same socket outlet that you are plugging the ext from. can wait for views from others .

IMO , for 4ft might as well get a chiller. If there is space constraints, than a fan would be a better option. But evaporation rate would be pretty high.
