Err... those bubbles on the rock surface right? Those are not corraline anymore... those are bloody nasty algae... and that's normal since your tank is still new. I had a round of attack last week... now stabilized a bit. You may want to check your Phosphate (PO4) level, try to keep it as low as possible. Also, you may want to introduce cleaning crew too.

A bro told me Xenas may release toxic excretions... how worried should I be? The toxic is only during melting or occasional discharging of wastes just like leather?

Sometimes they do die-off in new environment... not uncommon... you can also check ur calcium level. Should maintain around 450 if possible... dun worry... they will grow back when the condition is right

You are looking for media to store bacteria in saltwater right? Most of the bros here use Biohome (coarse ceramic media). Can also use bioballs (plastic balls) but not very popular nowadays... Live Rock is in fact the best housing for bacterias. Sorry, have not heard of Bacteria House brand.
