  4. Wow! So many PMs (enquiries)!!! Ok let's make it clear... some may say that this is a high-tech expensive timer... in fact it is... for the 1st and 2nd channels (non-dimmable). The 3rd channel however is dimmable and it will dim your incandescent light bulb or T5 (with dimmable e-ballast) to create nice moonlight effect. So: YES: It is dimmable (only for 3rd channel) NO: It is not dimmable if your lightset doesn't allow that (for example a SOLITE fixture)

  8. You guys can learn about this product here: http://www.jbjlighting.com/sys_digilab_tss.html Bought it less than 6 months ago when I started the hobby, requires new calibration liquid, no receipt (so I guess warranty gone liao)... I think I still have warranty card, but need to reconfirm. Don't ask me how much I paid for it... coz I paid quite a lot for it SELLING PRICE: $50.00!!! (non. neg.)
  9. Haha... you are indeed a newbie bro... Btw... how come you put 6kg of uncured LR into your 1yr stabilized tank? For a 2ft tank, the 6kg uncured LR is way too much. You should've bought cured LR or introduce them real slow. I think the Nitrification cycle (A N N) is working like crazy now... and it will remain so for a while. Check your Ammonia and Nitrite also, I suspect all 3 are spiking. You didn't mention about your fishes/corals. Are they dying? (as expected). But if you tank doesn't contain any (or anymore) fishes/corals... let the spike continues... you basically restarted the ANN cycle... all over again... Right now, do water change, protein skimmer go full force. Since this is an emergency, you can also consider dosing some products out in the market to take care of Nitrate quickly such as Nitratlock or something... check Reefdepot.com.sg Good luck to you bro

  16. Thanks bro... this will help give the potential buyers a better understanding of your wonderful mods Such a waste you have to give up on the hobby... you tank looks so so promising Perhaps the next time you hand gets itchy, try a 3ft tank. With more water volume and proper equipments (and properly stocked) you don't really have to change water so often... hope to see you back soon
  17. Agree totally... don't forget the ever damaging haze due to forest fires in parts of Indonesia and Malaysia... personally, don't think rain water is the way to go unless you have powderful filtration system to get rid of the pollutants right away... which makes using tap water just as good. For me... #1 RO/DI water #2 Tap water I'm living in a new condo in Woodlands Ave 2, tap water NO3 5ppm... easily removed by my Nitratreductor 1000... but if you guys staying in old developments and old HDB... beware of metal from rusted pipes and plumbings
  18. Very healthy fishes there... UPZ for you bro!!! Mine showing us a pix of your hood, inside your hood, back of tank and the IOS. Thanks!
