  1. Bro mind show us a FTS of your Q tank? Seems like you have a very large Q tank leh
  2. Just to add... you can hardly spot a fish in his tank... and definitely no obese fish like most found in our tanks That's part of the secret I believe
  3. Another thing... lighting wise you got it right by placing them on the uppermost area... but I got a feeling your water current may not be sufficient for SPS
  4. Wah trying out SPS Those 2 are Acropora... they look pretty pale right now... but don't worry... once they settle down (and if the condition is right)... they will colour up nicely All the best to you bro
  5. Yalor... haiz... will have to do major work this weekend once again Here's another sad news... the polyps for this beautiful Orange with Yellow Tips Millepora turned out to be BROWN This hobby is so unpredicable
  6. Ok guys... enough of my bad eye sight Let me find a pix to change topic Yellow Sea Fan feeding on Cyclopeeze and Rotifeast (see floating particles)
  7. Coz all the while I counted 7 PQs... dunno where the 8th came from... anyway I've decided to tear down the 2ft tank once again... let the PQs reunited
  8. Thanks! Yeah they are real beauties... something very funny to share with you guys... I bought 9 PQs about a month ago... house them in my 2ft tank... 2 went MIA... in order for me to catch the remaining 7 PQs... I gotto remove all rocks from the 2ft tank... after transfering all 7 PQs... suddenly spotted the 8th member in my 2ft tank What should I do?
  9. Wow very unique colour... reminds me of VANILLA
  10. Transfered my 7 Purple Queens over to the main display tank... feeding already and there isn't any sign of aggression between the 2 schools of Anthias (PQ and BE)
  11. Big Mama settling down quite alright... my Falco Hawkfish is still hanging around The pattern is not really that unique... but it's love at first sight
  12. That Boxer Shrimp looks like a GIANT in your tank Welcome back bro!
  13. Haha... welcome back to the world of SPS That looks like a piece of Mille to me... pink base, brown/white polyps... will look very nice
  14. Actually the basement looks more like a small-scale LFS
  15. The face carries lots of character... almost human-like
  16. I been moving it around also Will observe again tomorrow... got a feeling it will settle down very soon
  17. Really? Must go down to see Here's another shot of my Squamosa... the tank looks a little cluttered right now... a bit overwhelming PBT still survives solely on algae
  18. Wow a very nice piece... love the colour... very romantic
  19. Thanks bro... actually there aren't much to choose from but my eyes kept going back to this piece... I believe we are fated
  20. Agree... nothing fantastic Hey dun scare me lah The Hawkfish always look as if it is prying on something... that's why it is called a Hawkfish Here's a close shot of a Sea Fan I bought 2 days ago... some parts with white polyps... some yellow polyps
  21. Those Croceas all gone? They still have at least 50 pieces around 12.30 But those Croceas look really really stress to me Here's another pix of my Falco Hawkfish... the funny guy He is helping me open the Squamosa big big Despite its bad reputation (Falco's... not Squamosa's) none of my shrimps gone missing... even my smaller Zanzibar Boxing Shrimp (purple colour) still alive and kicking
  22. Haha... despite its name and size... it costed me only a few silvers Still kinda stress... will try to take another shot tomorrow It's good to see my Helfrichi still in a pair
