Was there just now (after work), didn't notice any blenny, bought 3 small turbos and a small Sand Sifting Star instead. Once introduced into my tank, the star dissappeared...

Sounds like not an ideal fish for a primarily coral tank esp with other "hungry ghost" species

I'm gonna deliver my large Blue Sea Fan to bro Terryz tonight, at the same time pick up 2 small frags from him. So there will be update tonight for sure... will drop by some LFS to look for cleaning crew too. Stay tuned

I'm using the fairly new SONY N1. The digicam with 3" touch screen, 8 Mega pixels. Pretty easy to use, but I usually shoot around 3 to 4 shots of the same object and choose the best one. And of course, some minor photo retouching using Mac iPhoto. Simple stuff like adjusting brightness/contrast, a bit of colour, sharpness and my favourite special effect... the edges blur to keep the centre object in focus. Hehe.

Just beware bro... I used a small Brita flask before last time. They claim to add in beneficial minerals for human body and they added something to the filter so the water tastes good to drink... so check out what are those minerals. Maybe try their website

I suspect the photo might be showing 2 species... don't think they are the same, although they do share some similarities... anyone can help ID both?

Oh man... u bought 2 pieces of corals that are not recommended for newbies (and new tanks). They will die... how long have you been keeping them? If not too long, check for any damage. If not much, sell it to fellow reefers at the Pasar Malam section. Don't stress yourself and your tank. You can always buy them when you and your tank are ready... just my 2 cents... anyway I am a newbie too and no way I'm gonna buy those beautiful corals... they are very costly too. Hope this helps.

Ok I will visit his thread... I guess the Sea Fan must be of a certain size to be able to sway nicely... mine still sway a bit, but not smoothly coz small frag. I've been feeding them Aquaz Phytoplankton and will start cultivating Artemia very soon. Here's a pix, showing some improvements after feeding... been like this for the past 3 days.
