  1. After seeing your tank in person... what can I say The improvement is so so drastic... it's amazing how you manage to transform a 1ft depth tank into such a natural looking tank with lots of "jems" inside... love it!!!
  2. My fishes incl. my platoon of Dispar Anthias love the Arcti-Pods™ Notice the Red Bamboo on the background? Thanks to bro Altantis
  3. Here's how the Marine Copepods from Arctic Ocean looks like
  4. Love the shape of the hammer!!! Definitely a "jem" piece... oh the green... bro if you wanna let go of this piece in the future... remember me
  5. The bubble is extremely unique in shape lor... can't wait to see it fully bloomed
  6. I want 6 inches leh... what cup ah? Green or Brown?
  7. Your current avatar expresses your look so so well...
  8. Sorry bro... I can only handle one product at a time... tomorrow same thread... same time...
  9. Here's more!!! Ok... enough... I am too excited... I am overfeeding tonight... poor poor Turboflotor... gotto work OT tonight
  10. And that bro was you lor... so when r u getting yours installed?!? Do you think I should create an icon for "ATI Powermodul Member" to be inserted into our signature? Maybe also another icon for "ATI Tubes Member"... what you guys think?
  11. Bro Altantis... off your Tunze 9005... or else all will go to its tummy instead... all feeding? Any fishes refuse to take Arcti-Pods™? Oh yeah that TETRA ad campaign is so so especially those horrible fibreglass giant goldfishes on top of SBS busses
  12. They claim that the FISHES WILL GO CRAZY But unfortunately all my fishes still very sane lor... just excited only lar... I think CRAZY is too much of an overstatement lor I tried it using my 10 Dispar Anthias... coz they are the most picky eaters in my entire tank... what I successfully achieved was all 10 Anthias together with other fishes follow my syringe tube around... round and round... and every time I release a bit or Arcti-Pods™... they get all excited... so today is just like an introduction... can't really feed fully coz I just fed them with Live Brine Shrimp I bought from AM I'm sure a lot of you guys will compare this with Cyclopeeze... well it's actually quite a different thing lor... they are 6 times larger than Cyclopeeze and as far as I can see... my Dispar prefers Arcti-Pods™ coz they are more bit size... it's good to see my Dispar eating so greedily coz they are still way too underweight Note: I don't usually feed my fishes using a plastic rod... so the result is definitely not based on habit
  13. Let's try the easy one first.... since it is stationary... hahaha... can you see the Prata open its mouth so big? Nah... just gonna entice it coz it already swallowed an entire shrimp last night Bro Lyz77... target feed using a giant syringe
  14. The close up you guys been waiting for... delicious looking aren't they
  15. Hahaha you ask the most difficult question coz this one I need to physically go and measure... let me see... Thickness (Height): 6cm Width: 35cm Here's a pix to remind you guys how ###### the Powermodul is And adjusting it is so damn easy... it's so so convenient to move it up and down 1) Up down: Press the little tip (between the cable and the stainless steel tube) and the lightset can be easily slide up and down... once release, the grip is so so strong... so tiny yet strong and precise... if this is a China made product... good luck lor Probably the Chinese will design something 3 times the size... just to be sure 2) Tilting: This lightset can also be tilted if you feel that the light is too glaring (depending on your fixing height). Just loosen the screw (at the bottom of the stainless steel tube) and the lightset is ready to tilt... wonderful!
  16. Yupe... that's why I think we should all use a Refractometer instead... those glass type lah... plastic arm type lar... all waste money The actual wastage is on the perished LS... keep on stocking LS... keep on dying... busy with test kits also not helping coz the problem is so fundamentally simple... and a lot of us overlooked that part (I'm referring to myself 2 month ago)
  17. Here's how concentrated it is... just a few (pix showing 5 to 6) drops... turned into hundreds of tiny marine copepods... don't play play leh from the ARCTIC one leh Too bad they ain't moving... or else more shocking To me... this is by far the most delicious and most edible-looking fish food... the colour is right, the smell is good... reminds me so much of shrimp row... oh my favourite sushi... EBIKKO
  18. Bro what kinda hydrometer u using? Some tend to give unreliable readings... that's why it's good to have another piece of equipment to counter check... your tank does have the symptoms of a high Sg problem. That's how I lost my 2 Green Chromis, 1 Skunk Clown, 1 Maroon Clown, 2 Benggai Cardinals & etc. within a few days period
  19. Formality sake... let me start with some text extracted from their website www.reed-mariculture.com Arcti-Pods™ Marine Copepods Concentrate Marine Copepods from the Arctic Ocean 3,000 - 6,000 microns in size (roughly 6X Cyclopeeze) Incredible Omega 3 / Omega 6 nutritional profile! Fish go CRAZY for them! Can be fed to almost any reef organism that eats frozen mysids 80% feeding success rate with mandarin gobies Arcti-Pods™ are super-concentrated marine copepods from ARCTIC OCEAN (Calanus finmarchicus, 3000-6000 microns). Arcti-Pods™ are extremely rich in carotenoids, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and protein. In the wild they provide the base of much of the marine food chain. Excellent feed for fish, LPS corals and more... Pix: Must be stored in a refrigerator, normally can last around 3 months upon date of purchase (date of expiry clearly printed on the bottle)... also totally sealed
  20. No problem... since I have so much time... I guess I'll do the industry better than to keep posting photographs of my tiny little tank on my 10000 pages thread
  21. Bro... IMO... if you are to cycle your tank anyway... no need to burn too much fuel at this point... you would probably change more than 50% (in total) towards the end of the cycle anyway... I'm currently using Marine Environment (the one with the magic bottle) and it's cheap and good... and most importantly with decent Magnesium content
  22. Ah... so sad... coz if you look like your avatar... I surely can spot from 20m away... sorry lah bro... I don't really pay attention to guys in an aquarium shop Perhaps next time we can meet again... then can have Prata and chit chat... and bring your wife/gf along... if she looks like your avatar
  23. Bro... I forbid you from buying anymore new LS for at least 7 days starting tomorrow... something is fundamentally wrong... and I got a feeling it is much more major than mere Ammonia/Nitrate... I think it is your Salinity... just like what happened to my tank before... quick do a proper test!!! Get second opinion if possible... bring your water or hydrometer down to a LFS if possible.
