  1. I bought it from pharmacy... look for the one I bough (in pix)... it's really good, just make sure you don't touch it... it's really sticky Yes I ran my SP3000 24/7
  2. I know... sorta silly right? Now I sold it at a 70% loss But nevermind lah... always wanted to try Arctica anyway... see if it's really that impressive Buyer will collect tomorrow morning
  3. I think $350 is the right price lah... this is a branded leh... dun expect to pay China price and get German product hor... UPZZZ for you bro... if only I have a sump... I will run 2 skimmers!
  4. For those bros who are skeptical about the the temperature probe (since there isn't a calibration fluid or something of that nature) I used my new Arctica to test it out... result? Hehe... it's clearly shown in the pix I just love the Aquatronica Control Unit... just a single cable... and a table top standing device... I can easily move it wherever I want to... now it's kinda warm sitting on top of the chiller... let me move my Control Unit back to my computer table
  5. I am such a BLOODY FOOL I really dunno how to tell you guys... err... haiz... you see the 2-way split w/ duck beak thingy in the pix? That is the reason why my Teco RA240 was running 2 1/2 hours to chill 1.5ÂșC After I removed it... connect the new chiller... once I switch on my Aquabee 3000... the water sorta gushes out like nothing I've seen before All the while... I've been running the Aquabee 3000 at a much much reduced rate due to the strong resistance at the outlet Damn it... and I blamed the Teco and suspected the head loss Now anyone interested to adopt this cute little piece of invert?
  6. You wanna switch back to that avatar? Kinda miss it and it has a lot more character... showing faces of pretty ladies a bit overuse lah... but showing pix of fishes even more common... haiz... need to create a new avatar liao
  7. Hehe... the badly consumed Deniballs were the first batch to be introduced... that time Aqua Mart only left with a few pieces from their decom NR, so I desperately bought it since there isn't any to be found in the market at that time... I dosed Denimar every 2 to 3 days for the first 2 months. Then a kind bro sold me a pack of Deniballs (last month). Ever since, the consumption of Deniballs are not as rapid as before. Now I only dose Denimar every 2 weeks... is it enough?
  8. The result? Totally undetectable NO3 (both low and high resolution reading)... and the PO4 is also undetectable. Just changed to a Phosban Reactor 150 using Pura Complete. The bag of Aquapharm SORB-4 is still inside my IOS (introduced more than a month ago). Hehe... not bad lah... considering how overstock my tank is
  9. Here's how I apply to the AquaMedic Dosing Pump SP3000... pretty easy and everything is as smooth as new
  10. Here's a closer look at the K-W Jelly Note: I bought this bottle just for this usage... no other purpose
  11. Here's how hungry my bacterias are... my Denniballs... the consumed one is in there for more than 2 months... the newer ones I added a month ago... I always joke about "my balls kena eaten by bacterias"
  12. Jelly jelly jelly Today is the day to upkeep my AquaMedic NR1000 a bit... firstly I dose in Denimar for additional feeding for the anaerobic bacterias thriving within the chamber...
  13. OMG!!! This is the most natural looking tank I've seen in the past few months!!! Love it!!! As long as the glass are clean... the algae just adds realism to the whole setup!!! Emm... I might do the same for my next tank Keep posting!
  14. I know... finally You think I should start a product review? I got 2 bros ask me to start leh... but Arctica is nothing new... so dunno got readership or not
  15. I tried to use it as my avatar leh... but cannot dunno why I kinda miss it actually
  16. Haha... now how would I know... my batch came in a grey box with AquaMedic logo debossed on it and an official AquaMedic barcode... I will give the buyer Aqua Mart's receipt to verify date of purchase and to confirm authenticity of product.
