Yes too dry!!! Maybe your water level is too low... try increase the water level by 1cm... you can see the difference in an hour or two... is your air inlet being controlled or full force? Limiting air can also cause the skimmate to turn dryer

Bro... if you have a super efficient protein skimmer... denitrator is something that you might end up not having So invest in a Super Deltec... got a feeling the $1300 model is too small for your tank... go for the next model
