Ran my 400 XM 20k bulb 1hr+ ago..... surprise the colour is not blue at all... crispy white almost same as radium blue 400..... Not sure abt 250 though

I always love frontosa but only zaire blue family is beautiful.. in fact my fav cichlid after calvus....For cichlid, try cichlid forever near hougang area if not wrong(to double confirm i think you better ask ard).... -
